Meet The Team

Celine Lagdameo
Founder
My name is Celine Lagdameo and I am the founder of Uma Markets. As a student at Barnard College, Columbia University, art is a passion that I have been cultivating throughout the years. I have been dancing for 14 years, and I discovered my love for graphic design in High School. Through this, I was driven to start this project. It is my goal to utilize art for the betterment of my community, and so I hope that Uma Markets is able to make that difference!

Paco Lagdameo
Head
My name is Paco Lagdameo, and I am the new head of Uma Markets. I am a junior at ISM (International School Manila). I have a deep passion for sports, having played football for years and recently been a track athlete. Through the years, these sports have not only kept me entertained and busy, but also physically healthy. Alongside my love for football, my goal is to promote health and wellness through sports, and I hope that I am able to achieve that with Uma Markets.

Carson Sullivan
Operations & Logistics Lead
My name is Carson Sullivan, and I am the Operations & Logistics Lead at Uma Markets. I am a junior at the International School of Manila (ISM). Growing up, I played a variety of sports, including basketball, soccer, track, and football, and these experiences shaped who I am today. Seeing myself in the kids we work with at Uma Markets, I’m passionate about making sure they have the same opportunities to play, grow, and build confidence through sports. Through my role, I help ensure that our projects and events run smoothly so we can better support communities and create meaningful impact.

Stefano Rufino
Fundraising & Finance Lead
My name is Stefano Rufino, and I am the fundraising and finance lead of Uma Markets, as well as a junior at International School Manila. ISM has shown me that real communities are built through the consistency of gathering the student population together (assemblies, spirit days, etc.) in ways that create a sense of belonging and promote personal growth. Through Uma Markets, I want to create that same everyday support for kids in nearby communities through simple, recurring sports sessions and learning support. My goal is to provide them with structured spaces that build leadership and social skills that they can carry with them into adulthood.
